Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at brints.co@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 11 Lor 21A Geylang, Lam Thong Building #01-02 (S388429)
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Order Cancellations & Refunds

Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, shipping arrangements and payment processing fees are immediately incurred. As such:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once payment has been made, including for cancelled orders or change-of-mind requests.
  • Refunds issued will exclude any non-recoverable payment gateway or transaction processing fees incurred during the original transaction.
  • Payment gateway fees typically range around 4% of the total transaction amount, depending on the payment provider used.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refused, Returned & Unclaimed Parcels

Orders that are:

  • Refused by the recipient
  • Returned due to unpaid customs charges
  • Unclaimed
  • Undeliverable due to incorrect address information

will not qualify for a full refund.

Any approved refund will be subject to deduction of:

  • Original shipping fees
  • Return shipping fees
  • Customs charges (if applicable)
  • Payment gateway processing fees

 

International Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing the full order total, including shipping charges, before completing checkout. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept the shipping fees displayed at checkout.

Refund requests made due to overlooked or unreviewed shipping charges will still be subject to:

  • Non-refundable shipping costs
  • Deduction of payment gateway processing fees

 

Change of Mind

We do not guarantee cancellations or refunds for change-of-mind purchases once payment has been completed.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
